Teixeira Duarte – Engenharia e Construções has been named, for the 2nd consecutive year, as one of the 100 most attractive companies for young people, according to the “Portugal’s Most Incredible Companies 2025-2026” (EMIP) study, conducted by Magma Studio.
This study was based on 5,500 responses from students and recent graduates and presents a comprehensive analysis of the perceptions, expectations and preferences of the Portuguese university population regarding the labour market and employer organisations.
The sample included Technology students (38%), Management students (38%) and students from Other Areas (24%). Teixeira Duarte is ranked 90th in the overall ranking, taking 3rd place among construction companies.
This recognition attests to the Company’s position as an employer that offers prospects for personal and professional development to its employees, regardless of their level of experience. Indeed, the promotion of youth employment, with talented potential, and strong professional qualification policies have been particularly important to Teixeira Duarte’s sustainability over more than 100 years.
