REHABILITATION AND CONSOLIDATION OF THE SEIÇA CONVENT

Execution Period: 25 Months
Archaeological and anthropological survey;
Demolition of the building and support structures of the former rice factory;
Dismantlement of the roof, roof structures and wood floor;
Demolition of the existing plaster;
Finishes of the masonry spans and consolidation of the brick walls and stone walls;
Conservation and restoration of masonry;
Construction of the roof and pavement wood structures.
Reinforced concrete strengthening (edges, wall wrapping beams, wall reinforcement laminates);
Application of roof ceramic tiles;
Finishes (plaster, gypsum board, carpentry, painting);
urban layout (gardens, outdoor pavements);
Special installations (electricity, water and sewage, lift).

Execution of gypsum board walls and ceilings: 1.800 m2
Coating of pavements with stone slabs: 1.050 m2
Execution of wood ceilings: 450 m2
Removal and application of roof coating: 670 m2
Supply and application of wood floor: 360 m2
Interior and exterior walls painting: 3.600 m2
Wood floor varnishing: 360 m2
Supply and assembling of scaffolding system: 5.720 m2
