REFURBISHMENT AND MODERNISATION OF THE CIVIL AIR TERMINAL OF LAJES – PHASE III

Location: Civil Air Terminal of Lajes – Terceira – Azores – Portugal
Execution Period: 20 Months

Expansion of the southern terminal building to create a technical area destined to the transformer station, the power generators room and the HVAC system, remodelling of the “non-schengen” arrivals room, execution of the SEF (border police) facilities and remodelling of the arrivals lobby.
The intervention also included the execution of a parking lot in the arrivals square and the expansion of the outdoor areas surrounding the terminal, as well as the access ways to the arrivals.
