Performance of civil works called On Shore IV comprised in the Project for the Construction of the Açu Superport Industrial Complex in São João da Barra, Rio de Janeiro, relating to the construction, in the administrative area, of the Federal Revenue buildings, the employee locker room, the administrative department, cafeteria / restaurant, supporting the workshop/warehouse, the laboratory and workshop/warehouse hangar and ancillary buildings, with a total built-up area of 6,300 m². The construction consists of direct foundation, reinforced concrete superstructure with painted masonry fair-faced concrete blocks and CRFS metal roofng tiles, including installations and the development of the fnal design of the hangars.
