Teixeira Duarte recognises that Innovation starts with its People. With this in mind, the 2nd edition of the Ideas Competition was promoted, open to all employees of the Group.
Under the theme “Creating value with new ideas”, employees were challenged to submit proposals with the potential to be integrated into Research, Development and Innovation projects, contributing to more sustainable and inclusive products, processes, services and business models.
The Ideas Competition, promoted by the Teixeira Duarte Group Innovation Committee, once again proved to be a great success thanks to the level of participation!
