Teixeira Duarte – Engenharia e Construções was recognized as one of the 100 most attractive companies for young people in Portugal, according to the study “Empresas Mais Incríveis de Portugal 2024” (EMIP 2024), conducted by Magma Studio.
EMIP 2024 was prepared based on 6,558 responses from students and recent graduates, identifying the most attractive sectors, salary expectations, talent management policies and, among other topics, career progression opportunities. The sample was composed of 43% Technology students, 31% Management students and 26% Other Areas students. Teixeira Duarte is in 61st position in the global ranking, being one of the few construction companies to be distinguished.
This recognition attests to the Company’s position as an employer that offers prospects for personal and professional development to its employees, regardless of their level of experience. In fact, the promotion of employment among young people with potential talent and strong professional qualification policies have been particularly important for the sustainability of Teixeira Duarte over more than 100 years.
