Teixeira Duarte – Engenharia e Construções attended the “Defence Tech Meetup #3” event held on May 27th at the Auditorium of the Southern Region Engineers Association. Teixeira Duarte participated in the Defense Innovation Challenges Panel, as the Company is a co-promoter of the SHELTER project, together with the Instituto Superior Técnico, represented by Professor João Gomes Ferreira.
Designed to protect human life in the event of an earthquake, SHELTER has features that give it the potential to be used in the defense industry, and was therefore one of the innovations highlighted at this technical meeting.
