The contract job had the purpose of building the waste water interception system and the tide valve chambers in Terreiro do Paço, highlighting the following:

– Two tide valve chambers over Rua Augusta, Rua da Prata and Rua do Ouro drains;
– Catch-rainwater drain unit in Rua do Ouro;
– Manholes;
– Circular interceptor with 1000 to 1200 mm diameter;
– Connection eduction pipe and gravity drain connecting to the intercepting system;
– By-pass, suspension and replacement of infrastructures (water, gas and electricity);
– By-pass for pedestrian and road traffic;
– Demolition and rebuilding of the jetty and execution of an outlet;
– Demolition, recovery and replacement of the drains’ operating conditions.
