Construction of a industrial building with about 30.000 m2.
Execution of the foundations with pile head blocks, reinforced concrete structure covered with pillars, beams and slabs.
Execution of construction finishing’s (masonry, plaster, stucco, sawmills, carpentry, doors, coverings and paintings, etc.). Metal roof line with thermo-isolated plate, concrete blocks façades and pre-assembled lined panels and metal panels.
The contract Job includes the execution of HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning), electrical, water and sewerage installations.
