Construction of 2 office buildings, one with 269 offices for the AESM and the other with 130 offices for OEDT, an auditorium, one floor with common parking area, full refurbishment of the Palacete to shelter the Institute Jacques Delors and rehabilitation Relógio Building.
Nature of the works carried out:
Demolitions, diaphragm walls, foundation piles, excavation, reinforced concrete structure, post-tensioned concrete structures, metallic structures, waterproofing, masonries, walls and pavements coating / cladding, false ceilings, partitions, aluminium sashes and frames, wood carpentry, light metal working, anti-fire partitions, electrical and security installations, water and sewage installations, air conditioned installations, technical management, urban layout and infrastructures.
