EXTENSION OF THE OUTER BREAKWATER AND MARITIME ACCESS WAYS OF LEIXÕES PORT

The project has 3 different fronts:

Extension of the outer breakwater, over 300 meters, with resource to a conventional structural solution for sloped breakwaters.
Maritime access ways, comprising the deepening of the access canal and of the turning basin by dredging the rocky and loose material, apart from the demolition of the northern mole, over an length of 80 meters and repositioning its head further back. Repair of the technical gutter, between the rooting of the outer breakwater and A Station, an organ dedicated to the passage of pipes of the Leixões Oil Terminal (TPL).

“Antifer” Blocks 400 kN: 186 units
