COMBINED CYCLE POWER PLANT OF THE LUANDA REFINERY

Execution of civil construction works supporting the execution of Combined Cycle Power Plant of the Luanda Refinery (deployment area of 10 280 m2), with an installed power of 30 MW (two gas turbines and one steam turbine).

 

The works carried out were the following:

 

Piles:

Continuous auger piles   Ø 600mm    1 677  ml

Ø 800mm    454  ml

 

Reinforced concrete:

– Excavation    4 000  m3

– Concrete         4 000  m3

– Steel rod          312 000  kg

– Formwork        10 000  m2

– Rag-bolts          400  un

– Reinforced concrete gutters       250  ml

 

Metal structures, including sandwich/simple plate lining:

– Metal structure     150 000  kg

– Façades and roofs lining    1 750  m2

– Reinforcement plate     600  m2

 

External infrastructures, including earthworks:

Excavation in ditches     3 500  m2

Carbon steel piping         700  ml

Polypropylene piping       600  ml

PEAD piping – eletrowelding       600  ml

Fibreglass piping        500  ml

Corrugated pipe (medium voltage network)     1 000  ml

Prefabricated boxes for the different networks        150  un

 

Landscaping, including pavement in bituminous:

Deforestation      10 280  m2

Excavation        1 300  m3

Paving in bituminous        2 400  m2

Kerb      1 000  ml

Gravel paving       3 500  m2

Pavé pavement      325  m2

Fence     100  ml

Traffic signs      20  un

 

Finishing works of the Buildings, including the following activities:

Execution of the masonry in concrete blocks, plasters and painting/mosaics;

Hydraulic installation works (residual and water supply networks);

Plasterboard partitions and ceilings;

Aluminium Joinery;

Fire doors;

Sanitary equipment.
