Metalworking, as a highly specialised area of expertise in metal construction, is the division of Teixeira Duarte – Engenharia e Construções, S. A. that focuses on construction and refurbishment work on bridges and viaducts made from metal and mixed materials, a range of types of metal buildings and structures, and hydromechanical equipment.

Either working directly for end customers or in an integrated manner with other sectors, combining its metal construction expertise with high levels of know-how in the mechanics and oil-hydraulic sectors, the Metalworking division develops solutions and performs highly complex work, specifically involving the movement and installation of large scale structures to extremely high standards.
