The project is divided into refurbishment phases of 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8 and 9 floors, which consists of demolition, painting, installation of air-conditioning, special systems, civil installation, electricity, hydraulics, infrastructure of medical gases, infrastructure of firefighting, infrastructure of nursing call and carpentry.
