Ethics Channel

Ethics Channel

Based on the Mission and Values and enshrined in the Teixeira Duarte Group Whistleblowing Policy and in the Code of Ethics and Conduct, the activity of Teixeira Duarte – Engenharia e Construções, S.A. and of its employees is guided by actions that prioritize the prevention and prohibition of non-compliant practices, such as bribery, corruption or the violation of principles of corporate ethics and thus abide by the anti-corruption laws and regulations applicable in the countries where it operates, as well as the internal rules of Teixeira Duarte.

In compliance with its Whistleblowing Policy and Code of Ethics and Conduct, the Teixeira Duarte Group has implemented a reporting channel, the Ethics Channel, which allows the reporting of facts related to corruption, as well as any other non-compliant facts that may involve the practice of illicit acts, such as harassment or discrimination. A procedure is in place that establishes how to report, control and handle reports received within the business structure as a measure to prevent and combat improper practices, which, if they so wish, guarantees the anonymity of the whistleblowers.

Reports of violations of applicable external and internal rules can be received through the Teixeira Duarte Reporting Channel or the following channels:

  • Correspondence addressed to the Board of Directors or to the Supervisory Board at their respective Corporate addresses;
  • E-mail to the address compliance@teixeiraduarte.com, with exclusive access from the Ethics Team;
  • E-mail to the address conselhofiscal@teixeiraduarte.com, with exclusive access from the Supervisory Board.

All employees, customers, suppliers or other interested parties of Teixeira Duarte Group companies can use the Ethics Channel. If you become aware of the practice of an act that you consider not to comply with legal norms or internal regulations, be sure to report it. Teixeira Duarte guarantees the anonymity of the communications received, if the whistleblowers so wish, the absence of any reprisals against whistleblowers for reporting in good faith and the protection of the personal data of the whistleblower and of the suspected offender.
