“QUINTA DOS JARDINS DO LAGO” HOTEL

This work comprised the execution of adaptation works to the existing former construction and its connection to a new building on which the foundations were done, as well as the reinforced concrete structure, finishes and special installations of a five-star hotel with 31 bedrooms and 9 suites.
Special installations: electrical installations, water and sewage, HVAC, lifts, fire detection and extinguishing system.
Landscaping: construction of a leisure area, including pavements, gardening, outdoor swimming pool and ground floor support buildings (bar/restaurant and shower rooms).
