Execution Period: 9 Months
Construction and expansion of the Avenida Hotel, including special installations, outdoor cladding and indoor coating / cladding, painting, furniture and equipment. The contract consisted not only of the expansion but also the transformation of this unit in a 5 stars one with 159 rooms, a “Business Centre” with 6 conference rooms with a maximum capacity 320 persons, restaurant, piano bar, health club and a pool with a bar on the roof.
