“QUINTA DA FALÉSIA” DEVELOPMENT

This project comprised the construction of eight housing blocks comprising 115 homes, with covered parking and construction of the hotel comprising of 59 rooms, respective external landscaping, two outside and one indoor swimming pools, 18 lifts and one car lift, electrical installations, water, sewerage, gas and ventilation.

Masonry: 42 000 m2
Wall and ceiling cladding: 98 000 m2
Floor cladding: 26 000 m2
