The project consisted in the construction of a residential and office building with 10 storeys. The building is composed of a semi-buried basement to serve as parking lot and to receive technical areas, and 10 storeys destined to reception and parking lot (floor 0), offices (floor 1), housing (floors 2 to 8) and storage facilities (floor 9).
Within the scope of this project were carried earthworks, deep and shallow foundations, reinforced concrete structure, interior / exterior finishes and special installations (electricity, hydraulics, mechanics, telecommunications and security).
