The contract job included the following works:
a) Expansion and improvement of the airport’s arrivals area. Execution of deep foundations (piles), prestressed reinforced concrete structure, with an area of approximately 26.000 m2.
Concrete: 14.000 m3
Formwork: 40000 m2
Steel rod:1.600 tons
Steel profiles: 130 tons
Prestressed single strands: 180 tons
Tri-dimensional metallic structure: 10.000 m2
Piles: 4.100 lm
b) Metallic structure and structural glass in the eastern façade (arrivals), consisting in the manufacturing, treatment and assembling of 750 tons of metallic structures and in the supply and assembling of 2.440 m2 of structural glass (works executed in three months).
c) Finishes of the cylindric body connecting the southern façade to the eastern façade, involving metallic structure, façade coating with “Reynobond” and structural glass and the finishes of chec-in expansion area.

d) Finishes of the luggage collection room, arrivals and expansion of the check-in, an expansion of 9000 m2, over an execution period of 90 days.
Wall coating with “Ceramitz”: 1.800 m2
Metallic false ceilings: 6.500 m2
Coating type “Stonblend”: 2.300 m2
Stainless steel coatings and guard-rails: 40 tons
Wall coating with “Marmocim”: 8.500 m2
