North and South Access Ways
Piles:
Pedestrian Bridges: 1.366 precast and driven piles with 0,60 x 0,60 m² and with lengths ranging from 18 meters to 37 meters, totalling approximately 43.000 meters. Bridge and access viaducts: 332 piles Ø 0,125 m with definitive metallic casing with a length of 35 meters and a thickness of 16 mm, previously driven, then drilled and concreted “in situ”, with a length ranging from 20 meters to 71 meters, totalling approximately 20.000 meters
Access ways: Ø 900 mm bored piles
Precast and installation of reinforced concrete elements:
Palisades: 1/2 precast and prestressed decks 12 meters long: 310 units with 110 tons / unit
Acess viaducts:
Caissons for foundation footings with 7,40 x 6,60 m2: 54 units with 80 tons / unit
Canopies for pile capping and support to the precast beams: 54 units with 130 tons / unit
Piers (sections) “H” shaped with 4 meters length: 240 units with 60 tons / unit
Precast and prestress beams “I” shaped, with 35 meters length and 1,80 meters high: 324 units with 60 tons / unit
Bridges over the navigation canals:
Caissons for footings: 12 units Ø 9 meters and 110 tons / unit + 8 units with 7,40×6,60 m2 and 80 tons / unit
Canopies between piers suspended to support beams: 16 units with weight ranging from 200 tons to 300 tons
Frame rails with a length of 63 meters: 2 units with 490 tons / unit
Frame rails with a length of 52 meters: 2 units with 415 tons / unit
Sections frame rails with a length of 6,8 meters: 48 units with 35 tons / unit
Precast and prestress beams “I” shaped, with 35 meters length and 1,80 meters high: 102 units with 60 tons / unit
