Archaeological and anthropological survey;
\nDemolition of the building and support structures of the former rice factory;
\nDismantlement of the roof, roof structures and wood floor;
\nDemolition of the existing plaster;
\nFinishes of the masonry spans and consolidation of the brick walls and stone walls;
\nConservation and restoration of masonry;
\nConstruction of the roof and pavement wood structures.
\nReinforced concrete strengthening (edges, wall wrapping beams, wall reinforcement laminates);
\nApplication of roof ceramic tiles;
\nFinishes (plaster, gypsum board, carpentry, painting);
\nurban layout (gardens, outdoor pavements);
\nSpecial installations (electricity, water and sewage, lift).<\/p>\n
