Construction of plot 32 of the housing development and of mixed use designated \u201cF\u00e1brica 1921\u201d The project rehabilitated the former \u201cF\u00e1brica de T\u00eaxteis Sim\u00f5es & C\u00aa Lda.\u201d, an icon of the neighbourhood, maintaining parts of the historic fa\u00e7ade to create a premium segment residential development, with external areas which incorporate gardens, a children playground, a leisure area, a common swimming pool in the roof, a fitness academy and lounges with a view to the forest park of Monsanto. The historic fa\u00e7ade was profoundly rehabilitated, respecting the original drawing, in order to preserve the metric of the spans and its decorative elements. It is worth mentioning the harmony between the lower floors adjacent to the existing fa\u00e7ade of the F\u00e1brica and the uppers floors of the newly built volume. The project also includes the construction of a new public library and a commercial area, which are integrated in the structure of the historic building.<\/p>\n

The development is composed of 162 apartments with typology ranging from T1 to T4.<\/p>\n
