Teixeira Duarte \u2013 Engenharia e Constru\u00e7\u00f5es has been named, for the 2nd consecutive year, as one of the 100 most attractive companies for young people, according to the \u201cPortugal\u2019s Most Incredible Companies 2025-2026\u201d (EMIP) study, conducted by Magma Studio.<\/p>\n
This study was based on 5,500 responses from students and recent graduates and presents a comprehensive analysis of the perceptions, expectations and preferences of the Portuguese university population regarding the labour market and employer organisations.<\/p>\n
The sample included Technology students (38%), Management students (38%) and students from Other Areas (24%). Teixeira Duarte is ranked 90th in the overall ranking, taking 3rd place among construction companies.<\/p>\n
