The F\u00c1BRICA 1921 residential development located on Avenida Gomes Pereira in Benfica, developed and constructed by Teixeira Duarte, has entered the construction phase, which has a 29-month execution period. F\u00c1BRICA 1921 incorporates part of the former facilities of the \u201cF\u00e1brica de T\u00eaxteis Sim\u00f5es & C\u00aa Lda.\u201d, a landmark in the history of the Benfica quarter.<\/p>\n
F\u00c1BRICA 1921 features 162 one- to four-bedroom apartments. The 32,800 m2 of total constructed area of the development includes over 4,000 m2 of social and leisure areas, featuring a pool, gym, playground and kid\u2019s club. Five commercial spaces and an area for the municipal library have also been designed. The architecture project has been commissioned to the renowned firm, Broadway Malyan.<\/p>\n
The project thus combines various apartment layouts and a complete offering of leisure areas with a prime location and the charm of the historical rehabilitation of the former factory.
