Turnkey Projects<\/h2>\n<\/div>
<\/span><\/div><\/header><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><\/div> [vc_column_text]\u201cEPC\u201d contracts are similar to \u201cDesign-Build\u201d contracts, as there is a single contract for design and construction. However, it is usual in an \u201cEPC\u201d contract for the Contractor to take on more responsibilities, and this type of contract is generally more commonly used for major engineering and infrastructure projects, or industrial projects.<\/p>\n
